DESCRIBE A PHOTO of a SCEENE OF A FILM THAT YOU LIKE
1.WRITTEN PART
1. First, choose a trailer of a film you like, then do the exercises proposed. Second, copy the questions with the correct answers on a piece of paper (do not copy and paste from the web).
2. Choose another trailer but this time do the following exercises:
a. How many people appear in the trailer? Who are they? Give a short description of these people
b. What is the film about?
c. Write 10 true and false sentences about the trailer.
d. Write 5 questions and their answers.
2. ORAL (you must hand in the written version). Prepare a POWERPOINT as well!
1. First introduce yourself. You should say your name, surname (how do you spell it?), age, highschool, year you are studying, town where you live, activities you do in your free time, activities you do with your friends, etc.
2. Then, choose a photograph of a scene in the film (the photo must contain at least 2 people).
a. You should say:
- What the film is about and what type of film it is
- When you saw it
- What your favourite part of the film is
- Explain why it made an impression on you
b. Then write a description of the photo. It must answer the following questions:
Who is in the photo?
What do they look like?
Where are they?
When was the photo taken?
What are they doing?
What can you see in the background?
What can you see in the foreground?
What are they wearing?
How do they feel? Why?
What are they going to do?
What are they talking about?
What's the weather like?
Use the following stem sentences to describe the photograph:
